status and an email with the results is sent to the supplier, merchandising and sourcing from ES coordinators.

3. For a new supplier, how do we know if an FCCA is required? 作為一家新工廠，如何能知道是否需要審核FCCA呢？  
􀂾 FCCA is required for all new factories of A suppliers 所有的A類供應(yīng)商所屬的新工廠都要求審核FCCA。  

4. When should a factory be assessed thru FCCA? 工廠應(yīng)在何時(shí)進(jìn)行FCCA評估？  
􀂾 The new factory should be pre-qualified for FCCA before order commitment.

5. If an existing factory fails FCCA for 1 department, would it affect orders for other departments? 如果一家現(xiàn)有的工廠作為第一部門的供應(yīng)商時(shí)未能通過FCCA審核，會不會影響到它從其他部門獲得的訂單？  
􀂾 Yes, because the factory ID will be inactivated 會的，因?yàn)榇斯�廠的編號已經(jīng)凍結(jié)了。  

6. How long would it take for any re-audit? How much will it cost? How about follow-up audit? 年度審核需要多長的時(shí)間？費(fèi)用如何？跟進(jìn)審核呢？  
􀂾 Re-audit timeline depends on the non-compliance issues and how long the factory can rectify the problem. Re-audit is a full FCCA audit that costs $850. Follow-up audit is for corrective actions based on the initial audit result, which costs around $100~700 年度審核的時(shí)間表取決于之前的不符合項(xiàng)及工廠需要多長時(shí)間來改善。由于年度審核是一次全面的審核，其費(fèi)用是USD850。跟進(jìn)審核取決于首次審核中問題點(diǎn)的改善情況，每次費(fèi)用大概為USD100～700不等。  

7. How many times can a factory be re-audited? 工廠可以有多少次年度審核的機(jī)會？  
􀂾 There is no limit as to how many times a factory can be re-audited. 沒有限制。  

8. What is the process lead time for FCCA? FCCA的安排期限如何？  
􀂾 Process lead time for FCCA is around 20 working days from supplier equest to final Audit result. 從供應(yīng)商提出申請到最終審核大概需要20個(gè)工作日。  

9. If Buy Trip happened last year and PO is created this year, would the factory be required with FCCA? 如果工廠是在去年列入采購名單，但正式訂單是在今年才下到工廠，工廠需要審核FCCA嗎？  
􀂾 The factory would still be required with FCCA audit. 需要的。  

10. For an existing Toy supplier having a new factory, would it need to pass just ICTI or FCCA or both? 對于現(xiàn)有的一家玩具廠，如果它另外再成立了一家新工廠，這新工廠是否仍需審核ICTI或是FCCA？還是說兩個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)都要審核？  
􀂾 The factory has to pass “both” FCCA and ICTI 需要再次通過FCCA以及ICTI的審核。  

11. If a factory has not been audited for FCCA, can the factory be used in MPA? 如果工廠未參加FCCA的審核，是否可以列入產(chǎn)品采購系統(tǒng)中？  
􀂾 Yes, factory will remain active until the factory fails FCCA and ES Inactivates the factory in Retail Link 可以的，工廠會一直維持活動狀態(tài)，直到因?yàn)槲茨芡ㄟ^FCCA審核而被ES部門在Retail Link上凍結(jié)為止。  

12. If a factory passes FCCA, how long will the result be valid? 如果工廠通過了FCCA，此結(jié)果的有效期有多長？  
􀂾 The FCCA audit is valid for 18 months. Existing factories being inactive or without PO’s over 18 months are required to pass FCCA before the supplier can receive order commitment. 有效期有18個(gè)月。如果工廠目前被凍結(jié)或沒有訂單超過18個(gè)月，必須在通過FCCA審核后才能接單。  

13. If a supplier is classified as B for one country and being classified as A for another country / department, would FCCA be required? 如果一供應(yīng)商對于這一個(gè)國家來說是B類，對于另外一國家來說又是A類，需要審核FCCA嗎？  
􀂾 All A suppliers with new factories must be FCCA audited. 所有有新工廠的A類供應(yīng)商都應(yīng)該進(jìn)行FCCA審核。  

14. If an A supplier is using a factory already supplying to B supplier, would FCCA still be required? 如果一個(gè)A類供應(yīng)商要使用一家之前為B類供應(yīng)商供貨的工廠，該工廠是否需要接受FCCA審核？  
􀂾 All A suppliers with new factories must be FCCA audited. 所有有新工廠的A類供應(yīng)商都應(yīng)該進(jìn)行FCCA審核。  

15. If a supplier is going to reactivate a factory that is currently inactive in Retail Link, is FCCA mandatory for this factory? 如果一A類供應(yīng)商計(jì)劃激活一家目前在Retail Link上處于凍結(jié)狀態(tài)的工廠，此工廠是否需要強(qiáng)制審核FCCA？  
􀂾 FCCA will be required if the factory has been inactive in Retail Link over 18 months. 如要這家工廠已經(jīng)凍結(jié)超過18個(gè)月，則需要強(qiáng)制審核FCCA。  

16. What’s included in $850 per audit? Does it include all the expenses, such as auditors’ transportation and accommodation? 年度審核費(fèi)的850美元中都包括哪些費(fèi)用？是否包括所有的費(fèi)用，如審核員的差旅住宿費(fèi)用？
