ISO 9001, first published in 1987, will be evolving to the fourth edition later this year.The changes being introduced in ISO 9001:2008 are intended to provide greater clarity of existing requirements and improve compatibility with the ISO 14001:2004 environmental management systems standard.To take the initial steps to understand the implications of this amendment in ISO 9001:2008, to know the “transition” process from one of the key authorities in ISO and IAF for ISO 9001:2008, and to further explore the vision and objective of future development of ISO 9000 family of standards, the following is a seminar conducted by Dr. Nigel H.
